Agreement
By accessing or using Omega Dialer at omegadialer.com and related application URLs we provide, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
The service
Omega Dialer provides software for dialing workflows, administration, and integrations. Features may change over time. We may modify these terms with reasonable notice where required.
Your responsibilities
- You comply with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, privacy, and recording consent rules in your jurisdiction.
- You maintain accurate account information and safeguard credentials.
- You are responsible for your carrier relationships (BYOC) and compliance with carrier acceptable-use policies.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the service to harass, defraud, or violate applicable law.
Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at signup or in your order. Carrier charges are separate and billed by your telephony provider.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omega Dialer’s aggregate liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, unless prohibited by law.
