We ship dialing safeguards—DNC lists, time windows, suppression, and disposition audit hooks. Legal compliance for your campaigns is still your counsel + your policies; we provide tooling to operationalize them.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes! Agents can make calls from any device with a web browser. No downloads required.

Can I port my existing numbers?

Yes. Contact us and we'll handle the porting process (typically takes 7-10 business days).

How do I open the dialer while working in my CRM?

Click Open Dialer on omegadialer.com. In Chrome or Edge, it launches Picture-in-Picture so the console stays on top; other browsers open a compact popup window.

Can I use it with other CRMs?

Yes via CSV import or API. Native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce coming soon.

Where is data stored?

Primarily on Cloudflare (Workers, D1/R2, Queues per deployment). We maintain SOC 2 roadmap documentation for enterprise buyers and GDPR-ready data-handling practices—final certifications and DPAs are completed with counsel as we scale.
